As we all go through our lives we face problems and solutions

mindfulness and appreciation
And so much more
Why should we turn our back on our experiences and not acknowledge all of it
For we must celebrate all of our time here every moment we can
We can’t control everything and there will be things we cannot change
But that’s all a part of a mindful existence
